C Me Dance – C Me Laugh

This is exactly the type of movie that makes real fans of horror mock Christian films. C Me Dance has to be one of the most ridiculous-looking films in the history of Christian movies, not to mention the title is atrocious. Whether it somehow ends up working as a movie doesn’t even matter. No one except Christians are going to watch this. Maybe some non-Christians just to get a laugh. Judging a book by it’s cover, no matter how wrong, is what people do when they decide to watch a DVD. This has no hope of making the cut. I really do try to an extent to remain neutral when introducing a new film or book, but this just invites sarcastic criticism. The tag line alone is laughable: “A dance that shines through darkness.” After the jump, you can check out the trailer for the film and a synopsis.
At 17, Sheri’s dream came true: dancing for the Pittsburgh Ballet. And at 17, Sheri became a target for the devil.

After her mother’s death when she was a toddler, Sheri’s dad Vince raised her, supporting her dream every step of the way. Just as her dream comes true, Sheri learns she’s dying of leukemia.

After praying for clarity about how to spend her last days, a wonderful miracle happens. Sheri is able to bring people to Christ without any effort.

When Sheri’s gift captures Satan’s attention, she and Vince become targets and are sent on a frightening adventure.
